時代變遷，舊式的咖啡室愈來愈少。不只是市區，離島亦不例外。

「福記咖啡室」就是其中一間在長洲島上較早開設的茶餐廳之一。

也許曾到過長洲的您，未曾聽過「它」的名字。
因為福記已在2010年6月光榮結業了。

不少長洲的離島原居民都只能懷念「福記」─ 這一個下午茶必到打掟之地。

As time goes by, a lot of traditional restaurant are becoming less and less. It is not only in the urban district, but also in the islands district. 

SPD4459 Islands lover would like to introduce a restaurant to you.“Fuk Ji Café”, one of the restaurants with long history in Cheung Chau, 

Perhaps you have never heard about this restaurant. It is because it already closed in June ,2010.

It was a yearning memory in every Cheung Chau residents’ heart. Those memories include the precious time when they are having tea time with their friends in “Fuk Ji Café”.

SPD4459 Islands lover said: "It’s Fuk Ji Cafe’s French toast!Do you wanna try?"

Although Fuk Ji Cafe was on the ground floor, you still needed to step on the stairs in order to get inside!
